In 99% of these cases you will find that these websites are fake id scams which are dodgy, time wasting and illegal.  This is mainly because it’s much simpler to steal your hard earned cash, do a runner than to get caught, arrested and face criminal charges because of fake id passports.

Why do these scammers get away with this kind of thing? Because people who have been scammed don’t have an official website or corporation to contact, I mean at the end of the day you can’t go complaining to the police!
